Fenerbahçe University, founded by Fenerbahçe Education, Culture and Health Foundation, became a legal entity with the Law published in the Official Gazette dated November 24, 2016.

At the undergraduate level, education continues in 31 departments within 7 faculties and 14 programs within the Vocational School of Health Services. There are 12 master's and 2 doctoral programs in the Graduate School.

Fenerbahçe University, which has strengthened its academic staff since its establishment, increased the number of associate and undergraduate programs in English, structured the Department of Foreign Languages and offers its students the opportunity to learn a strong language during the preparatory and postgraduate years, directs scientific studies with its international scientific journals in the fields of Health, Social, Sports Sciences, Architecture and Engineering.

European Studies Application and Research Center, Innovation, Technology Application and Research Center, Cyber Space Studies Application and Research Center, Sports Research Application and Research Center, Continuing Education Application and Research Center, Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center, and Distance Education Application and Research Center, which were established within the scope of YÖK UYGAR. Thanks to these seven centers, international collaborations, project studies and exchange programs have become effective. In addition, the University has been accepted to the Erasmus+ exchange program and bilateral agreements have started to be made.
